Mountain Equipment Nanda Devi GORE-TEX Men's Jacket

The Nanda Devi is a 2-layer GORE-TEX waterproof jacket for year-round hill-walking and trekking. It pairs a GORE-TEX ePE membrane with a recycled water-repellent face fabric and a recycled drop liner, and revives low-profile external stormflaps over the front zip, hand pockets and pit zips for very wet weather.

• 28,000 mm hydrostatic head and RET under 13, with taped seams throughout
• Low-profile external stormflaps on the centre front zip, both hand pockets and the pit zips
• Mountain Hood, fully adjustable with rear volume adjustment, two frontal adjusters and a laminated wired visor
• Two pack-accessible hand pockets with YKK zips and waterproof pocket bags, plus an inner YKK zipped security pocket
• 2-way YKK underarm pit zips and a full-length 2-way YKK centre front zip with double external stormflap
• Alpine fit with articulated sleeves, adjustable laminated cuffs and dual tether hem drawcords

It has a softer feel than some heavy-duty waterproofs and packs down well, so it suits less severe mountain use where comfort is a priority. The lining is 100% recycled. Designed and developed in the UK.
