The Ronhill Tech 7" Twin Short is a two-layer men's running short: a relaxed, breathable outer made from recycled yarn with a supportive stretch inner short built in. The extra length gives more coverage and support through the quads than Ronhill's shorter twin shorts.

Use the size M inside leg as your reference: 17.5 cm on the outer short and 26 cm on the inner. Wash before use. Ronhill has been building running kit for over 50 years.
