Modelled on the brand's best-selling Lightline Jacket, the Lightline Men’s Vest is engineered to offer outstanding warmth to the core, ideal for situations where unrestricted movement in freezing temperatures is paramount.

This vest utilises premium 700-fill power Pure Down, securely contained within stitched-through baffles that enhance thermal performance and prevent the down from shifting—particularly in high-risk zones such as the shoulders and chest. All down used is responsibly sourced and minimally processed, fully compliant with the DOWN CODEX© standard, which ensures a transparent and rigorously audited supply chain.

Its outer fabric, crafted from lightweight yet impressively water-resistant Drilite© Loft, allows the down to fully loft, delivering peak warmth while shielding the wearer from snow melt and swirling spindrift. Drilite© Loft also offers total windproofing and excellent breathability, maintaining comfort and warmth even when the weather turns hostile.

The vest is fitted with a robust two-way YKK moulded zip down the centre, designed to resist ice build-up and supported by an internal baffle that locks in heat. Inside, a zipped security pocket safely holds essentials, while the hand pockets provide a warm refuge for cold fingers at camp or quick storage for vital gear while on the move.

• This vest contains 160g (size large) of high-quality Duck Down with a minimum 90/10 content ratio and 700 fill power, delivering superb warmth with minimal bulk and weight.
• The insulation is carefully distributed using a baffle-by-baffle technique to maximise heat retention relative to the amount of down used.
  All down is ethically sourced and certified under the DOWN CODEX© and RDS 3.0 animal welfare standards.
• Each product carries a unique DOWN CODEX© code, providing traceability of the down’s origin along with its precise content and fill power data.

Materials

• The outer shell is made from DRILITE® LOFT with a PU coating and 40 Denier weave, offering a lightweight and highly weather-resistant barrier. It boasts a 1500mm Hydrostatic Head.
• The interior features a woven, downproof 20 Denier lining, ensuring excellent moisture management, comfort, and packability.

Patterning & Design

• Constructed throughout with stitch-through baffles to maintain warmth, enhance mobility, and allow for a compact pack size.
• Specifically designed for layering over base and mid-layers, depending on the temperature and activity level.

Pocket Configuration
