Specifically crafted as part of the Extreme Alpine sleeping bag range, the Xeros is a winter-weight, ultra-light sleeping bag built to withstand intense, extended alpine expeditions—where reliable protection is essential and every gram must be justified.

With 650g of premium 800-fill power minimum European goose down and a highly breathable, water-resistant DRILITE® LOFT 10-denier outer shell, the Xeros performs exceptionally in harsh, high-altitude conditions. It offers reliable protection against snow melt and interior condensation. For enhanced resistance to moisture, the DRILITE® fabric extends across the hood, collar, and foot box—areas particularly susceptible to dampness.

Trapezoid-shaped baffles carefully manage the balance between warmth, weight, and compactness. A sophisticated seven-baffle design concentrates down in the hood and collar to ensure long-term insulation and comfort. Meanwhile, a six-baffle configuration channels warmth to the anatomically contoured foot box. A full-length Gemini™ zip baffle guards against heat loss in this critical zone, while the streamlined Lode Lock™ magnetic closure and collar drawcords offer ease of use—even in darkness or adverse conditions.

The tapered Alpine Fit allows room for extra layers or boots if required, and is tailored to enable a seated or fetal sleeping posture in confined bivouac spaces.

With a Good Night’s Sleep Temperature rating of -14°C and a total weight of only 1010g, the Xeros delivers exceptional warmth relative to its weight. This temperature rating is based on meticulous laboratory testing, extensive field trials, and rigorous use during real-world expeditions—reflecting the lowest temperature in which an experienced user can expect to remain comfortably warm.
