Description
The Solar ULTRA 2 is the lightest freestanding tent, that is currently available, for 2 people. The tent has been designed for adventure racing and other short duration events where the lightest weight kit is required.
Features
- It's very quick and easy to set up and its self-supporting design provides a stable shape for use in poor weather or when ground conditions prevent secure pegging
- The Solar Ultra 2 is made in the Terra Nova UK Factory, the ULTRA flysheet is constructed using super strong bonded seams
- Ultra 10,000 Groundsheet
- Features front and rear fly hoods for great ventilation and a spacious front porch
- The Solar ULTRA 2 is compatible with the Terra Nova FASTPACK system which allows those who want to trim weight further when conditions permit to use just the flysheet and the fastpack groundsheet (which is available separately) and leave the inner behind
- This tent has been designed for short duration events of 1-2 nights. For longer events and backpacking trips we recommend the Solar Photon 2 or Laser Compact 2.
