Your back length can be found by measuring from your C7 vertebraย (the bony protrusion at the back of your neck)ย to your iliac crestย (the top of your hips).
How to measure your back lengthย to fit your backpack:
You will need:ย
- A tapeย measureย
- A friend to help you outย
Place your hands on your hips and tilt your head forwards.ย
Ask your helper to measure from the bony protrusion at the back of your neck to where your hands sit on your hips.ย ย
This measurement will give you an idea of which back length to choose.ย
