Rab's Ascendor 27L Mountain Pack is a lightweight, all-mountain pack built for any ascent, from mixed winter climbing to summer rock routes. With strippable parts and an adaptable feature set, it transforms from a gear-hauling beast to an agile summit pack at a moment's notice. Equipped with multiple carry options for ropes, skis, and ice tools, it's the pack for alpine climbing, scrambling, Scottish winter cragging, or routes with an overnight bivi. Abrasion, tear, and water resistant, this rugged pack copes with all conditions, featuring a close-fitting back system for freedom of movement over demanding terrain. With integrated RECCO® technology for added safety in alpine environments, this is the ultimate multi-season mountain pack.

Technology

TRI-FLEX™
The TRI-FLEX™ back system features an internal HDPE sheet that can be stripped out, allowing the pack to be folded flat and stashed in a duffle when travelling. The close-fitting design allows freedom of movement and comfort over demanding terrain.

Fluorocarbon (PFAS) Free
Rab's fluorocarbon-free fabrics are completely free of fluorocarbons (PFAS), whether in the face fabric, membrane, or backer. PFAS-free means all intentionally added PFAS have been phased out, compliant with current EU and US legislation.
