A hearty freeze-dried casserole featuring wild Wapiti venison in a rich tomato and vegetable broth, seasoned with aromatic New Zealand horopito pepper. Proceeds support the Fiordland Wapiti Foundation's ecosystem management work.

Preparation
Add 300 ml boiling water, mix thoroughly for 30 seconds, reseal and wait approximately 10 minutes until fully rehydrated. Enjoy immediately.
